Understand your rights and entitlements when accessing GP and healthcare services. We will cover how to communicate effectively with GPs, request appointments, discuss health concerns, access interpreters, and understand patients' rights to appropriate care and support.

There will also be an opportunity to ask questions, share experiences and raise concerns about accessing healthcare services.
